To produce high quality chrome plated pump barrels and plungers require high quality plating solution. At our facility, the plating solutions are cleaned daily and are tested on regular basis to ensure the highest quality. Our Experienced crew also check their work pre- and post plating to ensure that it meets the customer's specifications. This is done by calibrated air gauges.

We are capable of plating barrels that are 24 feet in length and are able to process up to 14 barrels at a time. We plate both steel and brass barrels.

BHC Industries, Inc. has been providing service to the oil field industries plating pump barrels, and plungers since 2001. We can proudly say that our customers are quite satisfied with our quality.

We currently have one location in Compton, California, but are working towards opening another location in Keene, Texas.
